Having our own team of multiskilled tradespeople, we can cater for all aspects of a build, whether it be from maintenance and renovations, general joinery and building works, to extensions and complete new builds we can delivery quality works to recognised industry standards. The quality of our workmanship results in a lot of repeat business from our valued client base.
Construction
Nairn Construction has steadily built on it growing reputation as reputable, quality driven contractor. We have carried out numerous Construction works for a wide range of clients across a wide range of industry sectors and have carried out a varied amount of works. Our core business is in general construction and civil engineering operations and can carry out Foundation works, utility installations, security fencing, kerbing, paving, concrete works, steel erection and cladding, bulk earthworks, drainage, soakaways, interceptor and water harvesting tanks.

Management Profile
Craig Nairn – Managing Director and Founder
Craig worked his way up through the ranks to become a project manager working on large multimillion pound contracts all over the UK for large national company before working as a contracts manager for a local construction firm, finally setting up Nairn Construction Limited in August 2016. Craig worked as a consultant project manager on several high profile projects locally including the McVities Flood Defence project on behalf of Story Construction in Carlisle and Grange Quarries new flagship offices in Lockerbie. Craig has a wealth of knowledge in construction, project and people management.
Mike Kirkpatrick – Construction Manager
Mike served his time with a large National Construction firm working all over the UK as a civil engineer, eventually working as a project manager on large construction projects before joining Nairn Construction in 2020. Mike has a wealth of technical and project management skills coupled with vast experience in all aspects and disciplines required to deliver high quality workmanship.
