Our people are as dedicated to our vision and values as we are committed to investing in each individual’s continual professional development through training, coaching, and opportunity. Craig Nairn
Managing Director

Craig founded Nairn Construction in 2016 having previously worked in senior management roles for larger construction firms. With many years’ experience, working his way up the ranks and gaining a wide range of skills in all aspects of construction, Craig has a reputation for delivering exceptional quality and promotes this throughout the business.

Craig is an SVQ qualified Senior Manager and member of the Institute of Builders

Michael Kirkpatrick
Construction Manager

With over 20 years’ experience in construction, Michael is a key member of the Nairn Construction team and a shareholder in the business. Starting out as an engineer Michael progressed to management in 2008. Michael’s progression throughout the years been enhanced by the valuable knowledge he has gained and reapplied by working on a variety of different projects. Michael is an SVQ qualified Construction Manager and a member of the Institute of leadership and Management

Katie Nairn
Accounts/Office Manager

Katie joined the team at Nairn Construction in 2016 on a part time basis and her role has grown and evolved with the company. Katie oversees HR, accounts and marketing within the office, promoting fair work and supporting the team to reach their potential through training and professional development. When not at the Nairn Construction HQ, Katie runs her own consultancy, supporting small businesses, third sector organisations and communities.

Claire Biggar
Construction Administrator

Claire is an experienced administrator who started her career in the construction industry back in 2016 as a site administrator. She joined Nairn Construction Ltd in 2021 and has been integral in organising the office and administration to ensure the management and site teams have everything they require. Claire holds an HND in Business and gained her NEBOSH General Certificate, with views to proceed to her NEBOSH National Diploma.

Our meticulous construction processes, which we have developed over years of working in the industry, mean that we’re always thinking about the little things, and we understand the nuanced requirements of each project. 

We handle as much of the process as required in house, whether that’s doing our part as sub-contractors, or offering a full-scale solution to clients, from project management to feet on the ground.

Nairn Construction are delighted to have been awarded the CHAS Certificate of accreditation for Compliance with H&S Legislation, this is a great achievement for our small but growing company!
