We have a dedicated, highly skilled, knowledgeable and experienced team of multi-disciplinary construction professionals, covering all aspects of construction. At Nairn Construction, we are continually assessing our training requirements, and are committed to the ongoing education and development of our site-based teams. This is important to us, and shows our dedication to the positive development of our staff. All of our supervisors hold current SSSTS or SMSTS qualifications.
Nairn Construction can tackle most jobs with our existing expertise, and use specialist approved sub-contractors as required to provide a full turn key solution for your project if required. We have access to our own plant and equipment, as well as a number of well stocked suppliers who cover any additional needs. Projects are carried out efficiently and safely to the highest standards, through best practice and our rigorous commitment to prioritising health and safety on site.
investing in people
We are active members of Dumfries and Galloway Construction Training Group, and we utilise our CITB membership to procure the best training providers for every level of the workforce. We also have a policy to support any additional training requested by our teams.
We recognise the current skills shortage in the industry and are helping to proactively address this through employing trainees and offering multiple apprenticeship and SVQ opportunities. We cultivate a learning culture, with mentoring and reverse mentoring, assisting the cohesive growth of the company.
