Appointment of Director Michael Kirkpatrick

Nairn Construction are delighted to announce the appointment of Construction Manager, Michael Kirkpatrick as a Director of the Company.

Michael has over 20 years’ experience in construction and had been a key member of the Nairn Construction team since he joined the team.

Starting out as an engineer in the same company as Craig has meant that their working ways and drive for success are aligned.  Michael’s progression throughout the years has been enhanced by the valuable knowledge that he has gained and reapplied by working on a variety of different projects leading him to take on his first management role in 2008. Michael is an SVQ qualified Construction Manager and a Member of the Institute of leadership and Management

Craig Nairn said “I previously worked with Michael for many years prior to him joining our company. Michael has proven himself through hard work and dedication to the business, being extremely knowledgeable, organised, and a great leader! This appointment is well deserved, I am sure Michael will excel in this new role driving the business forward in a safe and sustainable manner whilst continuing to develop our staff and colleagues to achieve the highest standards of workmanship and professionalism in our industry”.

Michael Kirkpatrick said “It is a real honour and a privilege to be given this new role within the business by Craig and Katie and a testament to the faith they put in their people.  I will embrace the increased responsibility of becoming a Company Director head on and continue to drive our shared vision and goals for the future in a responsible manner.  I am very proud of our achievements, as a small close knit team, thus far.  With continued investment in our business and the people within it, which has been demonstrated by Craig and Katie in this appointment, I am confident we will have many successes in the future.  Thank You!.
