Thrilling Victory at the D&G Business Awards!

In April, we had the pleasure of attending the prestigious bi-annual D&G Business Awards, a night dedicated to celebrating excellence in local business. We are thrilled to announce that, in a particularly large category, we won the Outstanding Small Business Award for Dumfries and Galloway with under 20 employees, alongside Garden Rooms Scotland Ltd!

This esteemed recognition reflects the hard work and dedication of our outstanding team, the backbone of our company. Each team member has played an essential role in achieving this award, and we couldn’t be prouder of this accomplishment.

The criteria for this award required demonstrating a clearly defined strategy for business development and growth in terms of turnover, employment, and innovative marketing and communications. Entrants were expected to showcase a strong sales focus, evidence of staff personal development, and total workforce involvement in the business’s growth. The winner needed to exhibit entrepreneurial characteristics with dynamic and measurable systems for monitoring performance, financial controls, marketing, and sales growth.
