Apprentices have a positive effect on businesses.

Allowing an individual to study for a work-based qualification that can significantly improve an employees’ future earning power and career enjoyment which in turn is beneficial to the company as well as the individual. Nairn Construction are proud to support Apprentices in Joinery and Bricklaying as well as offering them a rounded work experience in other disciplines of the industry.

According to data from the National Apprenticeship Service, 92% of companies that have taken on apprentices believe this leads to a more motivated and satisfied workforce and 80% have seen a significant increase in employee retention.
