Nairn Construction give young employees the Kickstart they need

Committed to developing the young workforce, Nairn Construction were early adopters of the Government Kickstart scheme and have taken on two young construction workers through the scheme. Our new colleagues, aged 16 and 18 have fitted into the company well and are progressing through a range of training whilst being mentored by their supervisors.

As a growing family business with a focus on fair work Nairn Construction is well placed to help support and grow our workforce to meet their potential and progress within the company.

Ciaran said  “Working for Nairn construction is giving me the opportunity to learn new things. Construction is something I have been particularly eager to learn. I like to be outdoors working. I also like the fact I have something to get up for in the morning and a reason to be tired at night. 😂😂. I am very happy in this work team and grateful for the opportunity and all the help I am receiving.”
